Ring Resizing or Repair Service - After purchase

If you need to resize a ring you've purchased from us, this is the listing to get started. 
If you need any maintenance or repairs on a piece you've purchased from us, this listing will also get you started.
For ring sizing:  If you haven't already, we highly recommend that you get one of our reusable ring sizers to ensure we have the correct size needed.  You can order one through this listing free of charge (you just pay a $1 shipping and handling charge) - see options. 
 
Please order this listing separate from any other orders.  When you order this listing, the shipping you are charged for is for us to ship the item back to you after it has been sized or repaired (shipping added to order at checkout).  You will also be responsible for postage when you ship the item to us. 
 
Please follow the steps when purchasing a resize:
1. Contact us first to ensure this option will work for your piece.  There are some custom pieces that cannot be resized/repaired, have limitations, or will require a fee.  Once we've discussed details and have both confirmed that this option will work, continue to step 2. 
 
2. If you choose to receive a reusable ring sizer, we will mail that immediately.  If you are confident that you know the size needed, write it in the checkout comments or just send us a message.  (Whole, half, or quarter US Ring Sizes are all doable within the range we've confirmed). 
 
3.  Purchase this listing.  After we receive your resizing/repair order, we will message you with our shipping address.  After you send to us, please save your receipt with the tracking number.  
 
4. We will send you a message when we receive the item to be resized or repaired.  We will get to work on your piece  once we have the size and any other info needed and will put it in the next outgoing mail and will supply you with a tracking number.  Again, when you purchase this listing, you are pre-paying that postage for us to mail the piece back to you after it has been resized/repaired.
