George W Carver & Booker T Washington Coin Ring -with a .900 Silver quarter band
I make this ring out of two coins:
The center punch of a (.900) George W. Carver & Booker T Washington Half Dollar featuring Washington and Carver's profiles. This piece has been soldered onto a silver (.900) quarter.
The BTW and GWC vintage coins were minted from 1951-1954 as a commemorative coin (non-circulating) to celebrate and honor American educator, author, orator, adviser to multiple presidents of the United States and founder of Tuskegee Institute, Booker T. Washington; and American agricultural scientist/botantist and inventor, George Washington Carver.
The silver quarter used is from 1964 and older. Free custom sizing.
The main coin is about 17mm in diameter. The band in the photo is about 6.5mm wide. Contact us with any special requests for customizations: For example, if you want a thinner band instead or if there is a specific year on the quarter that you want.
