Token ring with silver dime band - Vintage European Exchange - coin jewelry
I made this ring out of two coins: the main coin is a vintage, copper-nickel "European Exchange System" token. I made the band out of a silver (.900) US dime from before 1964. You have the option of preserving the writing on the US dime or we can do a hammered finish where no writing remains.
It features a lovely pattern in the background and "European Exchange System" on the front. The backside of the token is preserved on the inside of the band and features "Use in EES Vending Machines Only".
The height of the main coin is 21mm (the size of a US nickel). The width of the dime band is about 3mm.
